PetroChina Finds High Gas Flow At East Sulige Field In China

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced that its subsidiary, PetroChina Company Limited (PetroChina) has found high gas flow at an onshore well in the east Sulige gas field, with daily output of 610,000 cubic meters, Dow Jones Newswires reported. PetroChina is planning to develop the Sulige gas field with its own technology and in alliances with foreign companies, such as Total S.A and Royal Dutch Shell plc.

The Sulige field is located in Inner Mongolia autonomous region. Last year, it produced 3.75 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
