Expro International Wins Wireline Services Contract For Forties Field In UK North Sea

Expro International Group PLC (Expro International), an oilfield services company, has received a multi-million pound contract from Apache North Sea Ltd (Apache). The contract is worth around $7.5 million per year. It mainly covers work on the Forties field. Expro International will provide wireline services and establish an alliance with another provider to deliver coiled tubing and pumping services for Apache.

Abdallah Awara, director of Expro’s Europe / Former Soviet Union region, said: “We are delighted to secure this contract win with Apache which allows us to further develop our relationship with this important customer."

“Expro already holds a contract with Apache for explosives services and this new work consolidates Expro’s wireline intervention services portfolio with Apache.”
