Expro International Signs MoU With Shell For Extension Of Two Contracts

Expro International Group PLC (Expro International), an oilfield services company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Royal Dutch Shell Plc for extension of two major contracts in Europe. The MoU is for extension of contracts for two years. The contracts, valued at around $100 million, are for the provision of wireline and well test services in the UK, Norway, Holland and Ireland.
Abdallah Awara, director of Expro International's Europe / Former Soviet Union region, said: “We are very pleased to have secured these contract extensions with Shell, which represent a significant strengthening of our relationship with this valued customer. We look forward to further developing that relationship by working closely with Shell to deliver the highest standards of service throughout these contracts.”
