DOF Subsea UK Wins $3.3 Million Worth Survey And Positioning Contract From Technip

DOF Subsea UK Limited (DOF Subsea UK) has secured a contract from Technip to provide survey and positioning services onboard the Deep Constructor and Skandi Achiever for the Tupi project in Brazil. The contract, valued at GBP2 million ($3.3 million), is supposed to begin in the first half of 2010 and last about 250 days.

Garry Millard, managing director of DOF Subsea UK says “Following on from successful support contracts with Technip in the North Sea, West Africa and Brazil, we’re delighted to be supporting Technip in Brazil again. The award of this contract gives us the opportunity to further demonstrate our ability to deliver superior world class Construction Support Services in complex and challenging environments to another Technip Group company.”
